Coaching
How can you navigate the dilemmas and challenges you encounter? I question, reflect, and guide the process in both individual and team coaching.
Supervision
Supervision is a safe space where you can reflect on your practice – whether individually or as a group, and whether you're a coach, (HR) manager, or care professional.
Talks
I give inspiring talks on relevant topics, packed with relatable situations and practical tips, that motivate you to bring out the best in yourself and your team.
I am a coach, supervisor, and speaker, with a passion for authentic leadership, potential development, organisational culture, and the influence of family-of-origin loyalty on your work.
I'm also an avid lover of poetry, opera, and nature walks. I warmly invite you to explore your path towards personal growth and purpose with me.
How do you regain control over your career and self-esteem?
This was my first book, unfortunately it hasn't been translated (yet). It's about 'workplace scorpions' - bosses, colleagues, or employees whose behaviour undermines your self-confidence. Unintentionally, we ignore our intuition and allow ourselves to be negatively influenced. Breaking that downward spiral isn't always easy.
In my book 'Hoe overleef ik mijn collega’s?' I offer – as both an experienced professional and coach – a concrete step-by-step plan to become aware of the underlying dynamics and deal assertively with destructive behaviour in the workplace, while making room for your own qualities and self-worth.
"The strengths of this book are the scorpion metaphor, the careful writing style, the clarity, the many examples, and the relevance. The concrete advice is rock-solid. As a reader, you can actually use it and make it your own. Here, the author gives the modern reader the gift they seek most: guidance and practical tools."
"You don't have to be a narcissist or a victim of one to take away useful ideas from this book."
"The book is a real page-turner. Anyone who wants to take control of their career while keeping their mental health in balance should pick up this book first!"
"Clear structure, compelling real-life examples, valuable insights."
