Individual and group supervision
Do you wonder whether you're on the right track with your client?
Do you feel hesitant when clients come to you with certain themes?
Are you sometimes unsure how to move forward with a client?
Do you want to grow in your profession and become a better coach or care professional?
Supervision Supervision is a safe space where you can reflect on your practice, whether you're a coach, HR manager, or care professional. It offers a secure framework to experiment, to say and do things differently in order to achieve the desired outcome.
In supervision, I work on both the content level as on the relational level.
Content level
This concerns the theme you bring in, e.g. a situation with a coachee where you've already suggested various approaches, but the process still isn't progressing.
Relational level
In this type of supervision, we explore what happens in the relationship between you and me (the supervisor). To what extent does this reflect what happens in other relationships?
You're warmly welcome for an introductory meeting. Supervision is not only an effective way to reflect and grow as a coach, it's also enjoyable. We don't just reflect on our work – we also share successes and best practices with each other. That makes supervision even more valuable.
