About me

As an independent coach, facilitator and inspirational speaker I work primarily with senior executives and high potentials. My expertise covers themes such as authentic leadership, organisational culture, self-confidence, burnout, personal growth, grief, and purpose.

At the start of my professional career in the banking sector, I became passionate about everything related to potential development, organisational culture, and the influence of family-of-origin loyalty on work. I immersed myself in family loyalty, (invisible) drivers, and interaction processes. I see myself as a catalyst, helping leaders and teams shine without blinding.

As an supervisor I guide coaches and HR managers who want to hone their coaching skills.

In my coaching, I connect people with their inner beauty through art. Thanks to my degrees in art history and human resource management, I can seamlessly bring the two together – something I also enjoy doing in my talks.

I am also the author of the book How To Survive Your Colleagues: Tools for Self-Confidence At Work (Lannoo Campus, March 2018). I'm currently writing my second book, about how your loyalty to your family of origin influences your career choices and working life.

In my spare time, I read books and poetry, listen to classical music (opera), and enjoy having meaningful conversations with friends. Together with my husband, I travel to special places to meet people from different cultures and go on nature walks.

I look forward to meeting you!
