Team Coaching and Facilitation
For a manager, keeping a team motivated in times of change can be quite challenging. It's difficult to deal constructively when faced with challenges — it's hard to find joy in collaboration when the focus is on efficiency for better results.
As a coach or facilitator, I enjoy guiding teams, especially when tensions and conflicts get in the way of job satisfaction and results.
In my role as a coach I see myself as a knowledgable companion and ally on your journey. Someone who listens attentively, asks focused questions, and creates the space for every coachee to explore what the theme at hand is inviting them to discover.
